Product terms and conditions

Artwork – preferred artwork for printing and engraving of promotional products is Vector artwork, either an .eps or .ai format file. For embroidery a .jpg or similar format is fine, the higher the resolution the better. If you do not have these format files we are able to assist in reillustrating your logo/artwork, the cost is subject to the complexity of the artwork required – we are happy to provide a cost if required.

Set Up – in order to brand promotional products with your logo or message there is specific set-up of machinery involved for plates, pads, screens etc. For screen printing and pad printing the cost is $85.00+gst per colour, per position. For embroidery and lazer engraving it is a flat $85.00+gst charge.

Freight & Delivery - our orders are delivered by courier to all areas in Australia. Freight costs are subject to the weight and volume of each order. Upon placing an order we will provide a quote for delivery and freight. We can also use your own courier and charge to your own account if you wish.

Payment – we accept credit card (except Diners and AMEX), direct transfer or cash. Credit will only be extended to clients that have been approved subject to our credit terms. Please note there is a 3% service charge for payment by credit card.
